Hi doctor, this is shweta...
Sir i have been suffering since 3-4 years from fungus in sclap due to this pain and etching is also there, even i cannot able to trun my hair sometimes due to pain, my scalp looks yellowish, red pimple is also sometime comes in scalp and scalp looks oily after 1 days of washing,, doctor suggested me :- tryptomer 10mg, zydip-c lotion, kenz 200mg ,levosiz tablet...plz do tell me i'll get relief as the prescribed medine or i should try something else

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis leading to itching, yellowish patches and red pimples..
The medications given to you that is Tryptomer 10 that contains Amitiyptyline that is an anti depressant and can be given to relieve pain and anxiety, Zydip-C lotion that is an antifungal and steroid combination, Kenz 200 mg contains Ketoconazole that is an antifungal medicine along with Levociz tablet that contains Levocetrizine that is an anti allergic and will reduce itching..
The medication given to you will relieve the symptoms and reduce infection..
You can also use shampoo containing Ketoconazole, coal tar, salicylic acid, zinc and selenium..
You can also keep the scalp dry and clean and wash the scalp every alternate day..
Avoid accumulation of moisture and sweat in hairs and scalp as it can promote fungal growth.
