Suggest Medication For Itchy Discolored Skin Around Armpits And Breast While Breastfeeding

Hi..am 24 yrs old.. I am nw breastfeeding.. In mi pregnancy I hav itching, black color in mi groin area.used betamil gm cream freequently.. Whn the itching stopping, I sttpng using creams... Then aftr pregnency infection seems under arm and under breast.. Is it dangerous? Wht should I do? Now using betamil gm in groin area..and candid cream in breast and undrarm? Is it cure? Can I use ths creams together? Is it spread to mi baby?

Hi,

Dark dicoloration in underarms, breast you have seen. It must be out of fungal infection. Skin anti-fungal ointments can be applied to the area but it must not enter babies mouth, clean it well before feeding.

In case of no effect within 3 months, start with oral anti-fungal with a dermatologists advise while you start top feeds to baby.
