Thank you for consulting in Health Care Magic. I have gone through the history points you have provided. There are plenty of causes of
vaginal itching as thrush,
trichomoniasis ,eczema,
psoriasis, diabetes mellitis and etc.
At the first i suggest to give bacteriological and fungal culture test with sensitivity to antibiotics from vagina for confirming of diagnosis and sugar
blood test at least.
The most common cause is thrush, but you applying anti-thrush creams that you have bought from a pharmacy and you don't know your sensitivity, i think you have antibitical resistance to nistatin.
I propose to you replace with
clotrimazole cream, use it twice a day. If an anti-thrush cream does not deal with the problem within 5 days, or if the itching comes back,do following test and see your doctor. During treatment you should avoid sweets.
Thrush is a
fungal infection caused by Candida albicans, the main symptom is discharge cottage cheese.
Trichomoniasis. Infection after swimming in sea, rivers, viziting of sauna
Psoriasis is a skin condition that can be extremely itchy anus and between the buttocks.
Lichen sclerosus is most common around the
menopause. The skin looks dry, thin and pale, and the area around the anus may also be affected. In this case your doctor can prescribe a special steroid cream.
Allergies and sensitivities can cause redness and itching. Please avoid
perfumes in soaps, bubble baths, shower gels and shampoos, deodorants (including ‘intimate’ ones).
Thank you ,
