Suggest Medication For Lichen Sclerosus

Am wanting to know what you prescribe to a patient that is diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus? I have this condition in the areas of my vagina and colon area. Is there a cure for this problem? It is not painful, but it does become itchy at times. Would like more information on this condition.
