I'm 23, and 5'8". I've had light eczema and light heat rashes in the past, but I use the cream from my Dermatologist and it goes away. I'm a Lifeguard and it was like 106 degrees today where I'm at. I've been working a lot and it's been quite hot as of late. I dip in the water as much as I can, but I somehow got a heat rash (during the past week) and it has now turned into heat welts on my inner thighs. So.. what do I do to get rid of them? It's really hard to walk without looking like a penguin. I already used a chiropractic ice pack on it. I also put my eczema cream (Cloderm) on it which usually works for the small heat rash I get on my forehead every summer.
