Suggest Medication For Lower Back Radiating To Groin And Legs

Hi. I am 54 female. I had an internal bleed 2 weeks ago which has stopped and I am taking 30 mg of lanszoprozole but ever since it happened I have been suffering from intense lower back pain which radiate into my groin and makes me feel nauseous and makes my legs feel very weak & tingly. My lower back has a burning sensation too. Thank you.

lower back pain radiating to lower legs and groin in your age can be due to facet joint arthropathy. I Need a proper history and examination. Also chronic use of drugs like lanszoprozole leeds to aggravation of osteoporosis in your age. You might benefit from calcium, vit D and bisphosphonates. Visit you pain physician for
clinical diagnosis and medical and interventional pain management.
