Hi dear.Thanks for writing on HCM.
According to me the test reports are positive for Typhoid.I were to suggest Tab.Cefixime 200mg twice daily for 5 days and Tab Parcetamol 500mg trice daily for 5 days after food.Have plenty of water.Advice fresh fruits and vegetables.Avoid oily, fatty food for 1 to 2 weeks.Get well soon.All the best.Wish you faster recovery.
