Understanding your concern. As per your query you have mite infection on scalp. Well scabies are a common human skin mite in human . These mites attach to the skin around pores and hair follicles and cause intense itching . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe permethrin , cream of lindane , ivermectin or crotamiton lotion 10% . For now keep your scalp clean and dry , wash your face with antibiotic shampoo to prevent secondary infection .
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
