Suggest Treatment For Mite Infection When Diagnosed With Thrombophlebitis

Recently diagnosed with thrombophlebitis and have some sort of mite infection. I believe it is scabies although I have never had them. Dark linear infected spots. Perfectly round pus spots on ear lobe. Crawling sensation worse at bedtime. I told my PCP and he did not do an examination. I have purchased neem pills, diatomaceous earth, anti fungal. Please advise.

please start with tab ivermectin. take one today and take one after 14 days.
please wash all your clothes in hotel water. also wash all your linen and toWels in hot water.
please put your mattress in hot sunlight for a day or two and sprinkle neem powder in it and on ur clothes.
