Suggest Medication For Muscle Pull At The Back And Chest Pain
Hello,About 3 weeks ago I pulled a muscle in my back (right shoulder blade). For about 2 weeks now, I have a pain in my chest (right side) and my arm and hand have a tingly feeling and sometimes pain. I get the sense it is a pinched nerve but because I have a slight chest pain along with the back muscle pain I am afraid it may be something else. I have been running/walking lately getting ready for a 1/2 marathon so not in bad shape.

For musculoskeletal chest pain give hot fomentation take over-the-counter pain killers, apply diclofenac gel and if not relieved get a X-ray done.
