Suggest Medication For Ovarian Cyst(2x3cm) And Bilateral Pleural Effusion

i have patient with esonophilia with absolute esonophilia of 9900.total count of 30,000

in abdomin there is rt ovarian cyst of 2 cm x 3 cm size, bilateral pleural effusion(exudative)

admitted with abdominal pain and epigastri pain, chest finding decrease air entry b/l infra scapular region no crepts no wheeze, no organo megaly, no bony tenderness, no lymphadenopathy, pheripheral blood smear only shows esonophilia no atypical or malignant cell seen, urin no RBC or sediments,no rash on body, no previous drug history, stool rmw-normal

what probably would be diagnosis
