Suggest Medication For Pain Due To Spinal Chord Fracture

yes you can. I fractured my c6 and c7 in a car accident. I have had chronic pain in my neck since 2006. I've tried tramadol, asprin tylenol etc... The only thing I've found to work is a low grade nacotic. I've tried messages, hot packs, ice packs etc. I don't really want to go to the dr and say you can prescribe me narcotics. Is there any thing else I can try
