General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There can be various reasons for such pain from lower abdomen to hip bone as
- nerve compression via spinal cord level issue
- ovarian tumor or pathology compressing pelvic nerves
- others

Kindly consult your primary care provider for further guidelines to find out the root cause via ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis with or without MRI of the concerned region as per the clinical judgment via experts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wish you the best recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
