Hi
Thanks for writing your query
I have gone through your query ,have you ever been investigated to find out the cause of your suffering like blood test for HLAB27,serum uric acid and x ray dorsal spine?
You may share about them in follow up query.
For now my advice would be learn back strengthening exercises, ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside as pain killer.
Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.Vitamin D is available in weekly dose pattern as well as injection, just talk to your local doctor.
Hope this information helps you.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Regards
