Suggest Medication For Persistent Cough And Vomiting In A Child

Hi Doc, i have a 5yr and 10months daughter whose been coughing for the last two months. she s been on medication but it didnt make any difference. whenever she coughs, she vomits. but its this kind of prolonged coughing with no breathing while coughing. Kindly assist me on this. Thank you

Hello,

1. For persistent cough you can give NOVAMOX -CV 228MG depending upon the weight its to be given 1ml/3kg body weight twice a day for 5 days.
2. For vomitings give her Ondem syrup half a spoon twice a day.
3. give steam inhalation two to three times a day.

Review after 5 days.
