My daughter has a daughter age six who has had a nagging cough. My daughter gave her delsym, singular, Allegra and Flonase. These were all prescribed by her Dr but she s worried it s too much. Please advised adapt..Please. All seems well so far one hour in. The Delsym was given an hour later.
prescribed drug mainly contains antihistaminic.it would have been better to examine her daughter clinicaly and some blood test should have been done. now prescription should be asper finding. if it is dry cough then cough syrup like corex can be given. if there is finding inthroat examination like pharingitis or tonsilitis then antibiotic like oral pencilin pencilin v can be given asper her age and body weight. cheweble pencilin v are available.
