Suggest Medication For Sever Lower Abdominal Pain After Having Abortion

Hi, I had an abortion on the 21st October. Its been just over a week and only a couple of days ago i got this very sharp pain in my lower stomach, abdomen. It felt like period pain but worse. I am still bleeding after a week and its only gotten heavier since I started getting these pains. What could it be? am I in danger of not being able to have children in the future?

Understand your concern
Severe lower abdominal pain and bleeding after 7 days of abortion is not normal. I think it is due to incomplete abortion/retain product of conception with or without infections.
Severe abdominal pain may be due to side effects or high sensitivity of misoprostol.
You have to consult the gynecologist and get the USG done that diagnose incomplete abortion and also ectopic pregnancy if it is there.
If it is there it should be treated by D & C. Ectopic pregnancy can be manage by surgery. Take injection tramadol for severe pain.
Take proper rest and helthy diet with iron supplements.
