Suggest Medication For Severe Cramps And Abdominal Pain ?

Hi, i am 28 yrs old and pretty healthy. However, i occasionally get severe cramps and start sweating and feel the urge to defecate. Today was a day like that. I finally had a bm and felt better for awhile. But then had the same issue. This time all that came out was blood. I have side and abdominal pain currently.

hi ,you are 28 yr old, firstly do all routine check up like tc/dc, routine urine , stool routine. you can takeXXXX once aday for 10 days, tab XXXX thrice daily for 2days then sos.syp XXXX 3 tsf two times day, certainly, relieved your cramps and abdominal pain. Break tab twice a day for 5 day without stop.
