Hi I ve had allergies for as long as I can remember coupled with sinus inflammation problems. Which medicine would be appropriate for me to take for the long term. I have kind of given and I m not taking any meds daily anymore as I used to but the itchy throat and nose are really bothering me now and I don t know what to do anymore ... thanks in advance.
Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum If you have allergy you can take anti-histaminics and mast cell stabilizer medications for long term use which can prevent frequency of allergic symptoms in you. Regarding sinus infection, Steam inhalation with decongestant medication can help you a lot.BUt first you need to find out the cause for repeated sinus infection in you.(For example: Deviated nasal septum, any growth etc). So, please visit your doctor for followup and further management. All the best.
