Suggest Medication For Swelling And Pain Due To Ingrown Toe Nail.

I have an ingrown toenail, that was "repaired" at an urgent care center nearly a week ago. I was not given any antibiotics, as I was told that there wasnt a risk of infection because it was caused by trauma (120 pound dog stepped on it while i was at work). I wasn't given any post op instructions about care. The toe is now swollen and very painful. What can I do to help until I can see my primary care physician on Tuesday?
