I am a 41 year old male with no previous digestion issues. I have Type I Diabetes. The past few days my stomach has felt full and remains in this state. I thought that it was some bug when I finally vomited last night, but the full feeling yet remains.
Dear sir i can understand your concern. I suggest you to check you blood sugar because uncontrolled diabetes is an important cause of vomiting. The next factor to consider is intake of food in out side hotels which can cause gastritis and abdominal pain. In case of food poisoning and any food infection you will get fever associated vomittings. i suggest you to meet a doctor and undergo test like CBC,Hba1c and Electrolytes regards Dr vamsi Krishna Diabetologist
