Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am Pavan, 32 Year Male. I have been developing high temperatures of around 102 to 104 (specifically at one time in a day), with a bit of shivering during the high temperatures I underwent the diagnosis for malaria, typhoid, dengue. As per the diagnosis typhoid and dengue are positive. My platellete count is 1 lakh, but the IgG and IgM are: 34.64 and 9.13 respectively. Even though tyhpoid is positive, but there are no symptoms which I have related to typhoid. Can you guide me ahead, please.
HI Well come to HCM If this is really three etiologies are there then this need to be treated separately and such case became difficult to manage on out door level and better get admitted, that is the best option for you, it would be risky to manage the case, on out door level, take care.
