Suggest Medication For Vaginal Bleeding And Pain After Having Sex

hi...Im 43 yr old female. Every time I pass a stool I bleed from my vagina. I bleed after having sex and also lose mucus with blood in it through the day. I also have been having pain on the right and the left near my ovaries. I have been sterilised and had endometrial ablation several years ago.

Hello,
Your symptoms point to the possibility of a polyp over the cervix. I would ask you to undergo a speculum examination to see what is wrong. You should also get a pap smear considering your age and also your symptoms. You should also get a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs. Any cysts of the ovary and any pelvic inflammation can thus be detected. Urinalysis and if needed, stool test are to be done to exclude any possible infection. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
