General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you wish to regularise your periods then the consistent use of an oral contraceptive (if you are not trying to conceive) , would help.
When you wish to delay a period then the seven day break time between pill packs can be ignored (this means restart another pack after finishing the previous one)

Alternatively the use of norethisterone from a few days when the period is due would also help to delay it.

I hope this helps
