Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding
Hii doctor I am 26 yrs unmarried girl I have been continuously heavly bleeding (menstrual) since 3-4 months I have used so many tablets still they didnot work i.e; used 21 days period tablets , stytovit , meftal spas , texakind mf But still of no use .Please suggest some medication , thanks in advance

What do u mean by heavy bleeding...i mean how much pads u use on a heavy flow day? How many days your period last? Any pain before or during menses. . .i think you should get ultrasound of belly to look for changes in uterus.. We should not address the symptom, we should address the cause... Do take iron and multivitamins mean while...your problem can also be hormonal but it gets corrected usualy by oral contraceptive pills, still u need further evaluation
