Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having folliculitis around mouth and chin area which is occurring repeatedly is mainly due to raised sugar levels of body, you are prone to repeated attacks which could be because either you are a carrier or someone in family carrying the infection. I would suggest you to get sugar levels monitored. You should take oral antibiotic along with topical antibacterial ointment such as mupirocin. You should visit dermatologist and get your pus swab tested for finding the bacterium causing the condition and start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
