As you have low weight and you want to increase your weight. I suggest to eat high protein diet , high
carbohydrate diet , high fatty diet like butter , ghee, cheese etc. Drink milk day and night and take banana with it. High protein diet will also help you in build up stamina. Gradually increase your diet to increase weight.
For building your stamina you have to do following steps.
1. Take regular adequate and healthy food.
2. Take regular drinking food and juice. Maintain proper hydration in body.
3. Do regular exercise like waking , running.
4. Take lead role in your daily activity. Be confident.
5. Gradually build your stamina to target level.
If you want than take tab mutivitamine daily.
