Hello dear I understand your concern Following are the causes of irregular menstrual cycle: Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, ovarian cyst/PCOS, thyroid dysfunction and endometriosis. I would suggest to under go the USG scan, reproductive and thyroid hormone and ovarian follicle for better management. Period can be induced by progesterone pill. Take primolut N 5 mg twice daily for 5-6 days. It support the endometrium and when you stop it withdrawal period will occur. You can use birth control pill to regularize the period once your period will come. Avoid stress, take healthy diet and do regular exercise.
