Suggest Medications For Abnormal Bowel Movements With Abdominal Pain
Please help, please! I ve been unable to have a bowel movement without digital assistance since Jan. This is just one of many health issues I am experiencing. I have had horrific right abdominal pain today. I was impacted, as is usual about every 2 days. I find a variety of oddities in my stool. One of which seems like a seed. Just moments ago I extracted one but it was soft in the middle. Upon opening it, white stringy things emerged when squeezed. Please help, as I am in horrible pain.

It seems that you might be having absolute constipation producing hard fecal material with abdominal colic.
Take laxative daily at night.
Take plenty of water.
Take more fiber containing food.
Go for abdominal recti exercises daily for good intestinal peristalsis.
