Suggest Medications For Blisters In Tounge

I have blisters ghat come up on my tonge a few days later I get these bumps @ the top of my butt crack that itch really really bad. The blisters in my mouth only last a few days but the bumps sometimes stay for about 2 weeks . They come back in month. Please help!

It may be due to vitamin deficiency, so I would like you to take Cap-Becosule 1-2 times daily,eat nutritious food, green leafy vegetables, fruits,salads,nuts,,etc
