Suggest Medications For Boils With Puss On Back

I have a small boil at the back with puss inside the boil It is below the shoulder and between the spinal cord and arm joints. what tablets can I take and tonic and what ointment should I apply. I am applying soframycin skin ointment now and took sepodium tablet.
