Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter is 6 years old. She has cold-like symptoms and today has broken out in a blotchy rash on her legs. The rash isn't raised nor itchy...she is also complaining that her butt cheeks are burning. She does not have a fever, but her ears do have fever. They are red and hot to the touch.
Hi. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. This looks to be exenthema of a flu. Needs only symptomatic treatment such as paracetamol for fever, antihistamines for cold, skin rash, bed rest and a consultation of the Pediatrician if the problem persists or increases.
