Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
32 yrs old male, height 5.6 weight 88 habbits - smoker ( daily 3 or 4) drinks - occ. once in monthmost of the time Veggy thrice in a month having chicken 1 or 2 pices Problem Desc. always feeling drowsy and muscle pain is there in the body, most of the time my eyes goes red, I just feel my muscles are weak. always feel Tired.
See, this is collectively due to heavy smoking, drinking alcohol and non-vegetarian food due to which your metabolism of food which contains carbohydrates, proteins and fats will be low and decreased so my suggestion is to decrease or stop smoking, drinking and eating non-vegetarian food. As you mentioned, redness in eye and drowsiness are sign of improper metabolism of food especially proteins, so uric acid might get increased. You can check your creatinine levels in lab. Do regular aerobic exercises, pranayama, yoga session, regular vegetarian food will prevent all these problems. The best way is to go to an art of living, Happiness workshop, near your city.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Hemang S Jani, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
