Nothing to worry..you should be on pregabelin,and methycobalamin ,and accelofenac tablets after obtaining prescription from orthopedic surgeon.Try physiotherapy for arm.
Wear a lumbo sacral brace, avoid bending ,twisting spine or lifting any object from ground
Consult your orthopedist
