Suggest Medications For Swollen Foot With Rash & Fever

I am a 60 year old female in rather good health but my left foot has been swollen for about 2 weeks now the doctor gave me some antibotics because of a rash that i also had on my leg and it hurt real bad like someone kicked me int he shin the palms of my hands are also peeling real bad was in the hospital for three days last month due to flu and dehydration was given lots of antiboitcs then.

If the single foot is involved then i am sure it is some inflammation. Age of 60 might point towards some infection and would need some radiological work up to sort out bone involvement. expertise of an orthopaedists are needed here to be out of woods.Peeling hands make it worth examination and seems like a rheumatological condition or a dermatological manifestation. Needs work up and a complete clinical correlation to be out of woods.
