I went through your details. I can understand your emotions. Your psychiatrist know your condition well and you should fell proud to work with her. Over and above, the given description has nothing worthwhile regarding your anxiety disorder. Because you have anxiety disorder, you should consult a psychologist to assess the depth and breadth of your anxiety and for some possible psychotherapy techniques. They could change you positively.

Xanax is a benzodiazepine drug and the drug is known to cause dependence if it is taken on regular basis for even more than 4 weeks and it also have abuse potential. Abrupt stoppage of drug after regular long term use can cause withdrawal syndrome and may result in severe restlessness and anxiety. You have taken high doses of drug for about 12 years and then the doctor stopped the drug. This is the reason for your restlessness and anxiety and the seizures were also because of withdrawal of xanax. If you are not able to function normally then I would advise you to visit your doctor again and take proper treatment of these withdrawal symptoms. Diazepam or valium may reduce these symptoms but take these drugs with proper prescription only.
Thanks, take care
