Hello,

I need to know since when you are suffering from these illnesses. Hypothyroidism could cause muscle weakness which could lead to aches and pains. I suggest you to visit your doctor to run some tests for hypothyroidism, if deranged, you need to adjust your dose of thyroxine.

Hypothyroid could be as a part of certain autoimmune conditions and it is only possible to consider it after taking proper history and examination. Further, you can take OTC analgesics for symptomatic pain relief.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
