Suggest Medicine To Control Diabetes

I am on metformin and one other diabetic drug i cannot pronice tonaka?. My glucose readings range from 154 to 276. I stopped excessive orange juice, but now am drinking more alcohol that I should. How do you win at this thing? My email is YYYY@YYYY . Should I just go on insulin as any adjustments I make just seem to keep me in the same range. TX

Hello,

First thing and the most important in diabetes is stop drinking alcohol and or smoking. Second try to have a balanced diet and a physical activity to lose weight. If the glucose levels don’t low than the dosage of insulin should be increased.
