Suggest Medicine To Get Rid Of Alcohol And Nicotine Addition
Hello doctor, my husband is alcohol, tobacco and nicotine addicted since 10-12 yrs. His alcoholic misbehavior has become intolerant for me and my little son. My personal married life has been ruined by alcohol. He refuses to quit. Are there certain medicines which i could give my husband secretly, without his knowledge, and which would not have any side effect on his health.
Hello mem... For deaddiction first requirement is person should ready to quit...for that you should try to explain all harmful effect on his body n yours life n future life... Once he is ready for quit than you should consult good psychiatric physician for deaddiction... They give treatment for withdrawal symptoms so he is comfirtable without alcohol n make a strong will for no alcohol...but in all these process person have a will for no alcohol... Even after these effort he cannot control for no alcohol then we can add disulfiram drug with your n your husband permission as if on disulfiram if he take alcohol than there is side effect like vertigo abdomin pain sometime hymoptysis. N sometimes hospitalisation also...so he has some fear as disulfiram is in his body n if he ll take alcohol than he ll have these type of problems...
