Suggest Medicines For UTI

My eight year old daughter is suffering from urinary track infection, we are given medicine SPORIDEX, Cephalexin, culture report interpretation is Amikatin, ceftazidime, Co-Trimoxazole, - R and Ampicillin -R resistance. Kindly advice whether correct medicine is given or we need to change the medicine

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Culture report interprets amilktain, ceftazidime, co-trimoxazole and ampicillin resistant.
2. She is not on any of the above antibiotics. So the infection should be sensitive to the present antibiotic.
3. No need to change antibiotic. Continue treatment. She could recover. Give her plenty of water.
