Suggest Medicines For Pain Management

Hello, my name is David Cox. I have been a Subutex patient for about 8 years now...being treated for pain management. Would it be the same for me to be treated with Buprenex or just go on treating me with 3 Subutex a day? I tried treatment with Suboxone for around 2 years, and my liver enzymes got very high, so I was switched back to the Subutex. I also am prescribed Xanax 2mg 2 1/2 x daily PRN. Then numerous other drugs for Adema, HBP, Behavioral Health, Chronic Anxiety, Chronic Panic Attacks, Depression, Insomnia, and Agoraphobia. What is your take on this situation where as I have cirrhosis of the liver and a bone disease where I have had multiple surgeries (12) over a time span, and I have other things wrong as well?
