Suggest Methods To Attain Quick Pregnancy

Dear doctor I m 27/165cm/60kg(gave birth 5 months ago) I have a little baby-daughter and now like to be pregnant again soon. My birth of her was quite fast with 1.5 hrs with no complications. Before my pregnancy I usually had Unregular menstruation. This time I like to do a ovulation blood test in India if possible. As we would love to have a baby son. And as I read perhaps a Intercourse close to the ovulation could advantage the gender, if that s true...I m going to India soon...would be grateful for an advise. Thank you

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion getting pregnant soon with 5 months baby might not be good for you and your baby.Because once pregnancy is confirmed you need to stop breast feeding which is the important nutrient source for your baby.And a gap of 2 to 3 yrs is essential between the pregnancy as your body might need sometime to get ready for next pregnancy.And intercourse nearing ovulation increases the chances of pregnancy but will not decide the gender.Gender is decided at the chromosome level if Y chromosome of sperm fuses with ovum it results in male.And that cannot be influenced by any external factors.
