Hi what your age, do u consume alcohol, are you obese. First we need to find out the cause, common causes include alcohol, fatty liver, viral hepatitis. Most probably it's occurring due to fatty liver. You should get one ultrasound abdomen done to confirm the same. Consume low fat, oily diet, regular exercises and avoid alcohol if you take it. You can also get your viral marker test done.
We need to find out the reason why it is getting elevated. It indicates there is some damage to liver. I guess you don't drink or any medicine. Next possibility is fatty liver, it's a very common condition and frequently causes liver damage. You can get ultrasound done to confirm it.
To control it, avoid fatty, oily and high calorie diet, exercises like brisk walking, jogging according to capacity at 30 minutes a day and 5 days a week. Avoid alcohol if any. There shouldn't be abdominal fat deposition or obesity. You should also get your viral marker tests like HBsAg and Anti HCV done to rule out viral hepatitis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Sagar Makode
