sir what is the treatment for stopping the sperm flow during sleep?? if someone had masturbated only around 2 to 3 times in couple of months and had no sex so how can this sperm flow during night be stopped. please advice other than masturbation and sex

HI THERE THANKS FOR ASKING ON HCM. THERE ARE TWO PHASES IN YOUR SLEEP CYCLE REM AND NREM DURING YOUR REM PHASE THERE IS INCREASE IN BLOOD FLOW TO YOUR PENIS SO YOU WILL GET AN ERECTION AND MAY EJACULATE. NORMALLY IF YOU HAD HAD SEX OR MASTRUBATED IT MAY NOT OCCUR.
