Suggest Methods To Increase Breast Milk

I'm currently breast feeding a 1 week old infant. I'm worried she's not getting enough milk from me. When I breast feed she constantly falls asleep, no matter what I do! I have noticed I've started to get a dry mouth and I'm always freezing. What can I do to get my milk going more?

to increase breast milk shatavari is the best herbal drug .shatavari taken with warm milk thrice a day.also milk and condensed milk products should be a part of your daily diet.drink lots of water.
