age: 21. height:172cm. weight:70kg. i do a food log, i exercise from 1 hour to 1.5 hours a day. I am not loosing weight. its been 5 days since i decreased my calorie intake from 1000 calories to 600 calories. and i exercise to shed a minimum of 500 calories a day. why am i not loosing weight?
You should look after your diet, better you should cut carbohydrates rather than proteins that are the main source for muscle growth. Try to change the program of exercising and add cardio exercise combined with weightlifting. Give time to time. Best regards.
