Hi, i was diagnosed with polycistic overies 7 yrs ago and i was told to loose weight which is something i've struggled with and i've been taking dianette to regulate my periods i am 37 have i left it too late for pregnancy ? The doctor said i would be put on medication for this if i loose weight but only if i loose weight, can you give me more advice ?
Hello! Thank you for writing. Give time to time. Everything will fall into place. Try to eat a balanced diet . It is better to be full in proteins and few carbohydrates. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Cut out saturated fat . Exercise. Be a gym member or try to do another sport that you like such as swimming, dancing , etc. Exercise will improve your mental and physical health. Stay focused. Best regards.
