Suggest Methods To Reduce The Weight Without Exercise

I am 57 height 5 7 weight 98 kgs a over weight and a pear shaped body. have asthama for last 4 years and unable to exercise. weight gained in 4 years from 82 to 98/100 Please suggest something to control weight. have no other ailment such as BP, diabetes, liver decease kidney problem, cholesterol also is a little on hire side in normal.

Your really obese,
Controlling your diet is best way to reduse your weight,don't eat sweets,rice,and high caloric junk food,eat protenisious food,eat baked,grilled instead of fried,have light dinner have salad in it.
