Suggest Natural Remedies For Hiatal Hernia And Acid Reflux
I have been diagnosed with an hiatal hernia, schatzkis ring, and some acid reflux. The doctor immediately wanted to put me on medication, which i said not to. He wants to do three more tests before possibly doing surgery on the hernia. i want to see what ican do that would possibly avoid that ? YYYY@YYYY

Hiatal hernia can be treated only through surgery. Meanwhile, I suggest using an antacid such as Maalox three times a day. I also suggest to use a gastro protector such as Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before breakfast.
