To control intense hot flashes in perimenopausal stage naturally, take food that is cooling in nature. Take spinach, bananas, apples, yogurt, curd, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, melons, cucumbers, etc. Stay well hydrated. Take bath regularly and wear soft cotton clothes. Avoid eating red meat.
